Frequently asked questions
Can't find the answer? Register and ask your recruiter.
Is registration really free?
Yes. Registration and job placement are completely free for candidates. Under Polish law, employment agencies cannot charge candidates for finding a job.
Do I need to speak Polish?
Not always. Many jobs in production, warehouses, agriculture and cleaning do not require Polish. Basic English, Russian or Ukrainian is often enough. Knowing Polish gives you access to better-paid jobs.
Who can register?
The portal is for foreigners who live in Poland and have the right to work – for example with a residence card, a work visa, UKR status or the CUKR card, a registered declaration or work permit, the Pole’s Card or EU citizenship. Thanks to this, employers can hire you quickly.
How fast can I start working?
If you are already in Poland and have the right to work, the whole process – from registration to the first day at work – often takes only a few days. It depends on the employer, the position and medical or safety training.
Do employers provide accommodation?
Many offers include free or paid accommodation, or help with finding a room. You can mark in the form that you need accommodation.
What kind of contract will I get?
Most often an employment contract (umowa o pracę) or a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie), sometimes through a temporary work agency. Always read your contract and keep a copy.
I am not in Poland yet. Can I register?
Our job offers are for people who already live in Poland and can start work quickly. If you are planning to come to Poland, read our guides about work permits, visas and residence cards – they explain the whole process step by step.
Can I change my employer?
Yes, but your right to work is usually connected with a specific employer and position. When you change employer, the new employer must legalise your work again (new permit, declaration or notification).
Can I come with my family?
It is possible, but each family member needs their own legal basis of stay. Family reunification is easier with a residence card or EU Blue Card.
How do I know an agency is legal?
A legal employer or agency gives you full company details (name, address, NIP tax number) that you can check in public company registers (CEIDG or KRS), and signs a written contract with you. It never asks for money for a job offer and never keeps your passport.
What happens to my personal data?
Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR only for recruitment purposes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Details are in our privacy policy.
